We hope this helps you in your decision-making process.  We would like for as many people to attend as possible and realize that not everyone will be able to make it.   The question of having the Reunion somewhere in the STATES was raised several times.  We were  open to hosting it somewhere closer to home but we did not find anything to be as cost effective.  We have also taken into consideration the time and energy required to make it successful and fun. 

 Below is an outline of the cost if we had the reunion in Las Vegas (a popular destination for past reunions). 

 Hotel - $150 a night       3 nights - $450     Average Airfare - $250

 If you split the room with someone, your total cost would have been $475.  This would not include one drink, one meal or any other activity in which you might want to participate.  If you spend $100 a day to cover all meals, drinks and extracirricular activities (gambling, shows, etc.) your total cost would have been $750.00 for 4 day/ 3 night trip.  Again, this is being moderate on hotel and airfare, as well as limiting your expenses to $100 a day.  If airfare is $300 your total would be $800.

The location we chose is at an All-Inclusive Resort.  Your cost will cover all of your meals, snacks, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).  There will also be plenty of daily activities available at lower costs and it will be directly on the beach.  Please sign up if you can attend.
